1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

    • Damaged during shipping

    • Defective or not functioning as expected

    • Incorrect product delivered

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges, toners, and consumables.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Services (such as repair, setup, or maintenance packages) once delivered.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns (as per Section 1 above).
